I recently bought a new Rav4 at Welland Toyota. Patrick was the sales person that helped me, he was knowledgeable and great to deal with. The rest of the administrative were friendly and provided great service. Overall, I had a great experience. I am happy with my choice in vehicle and trust the quality of the Toyota product. Travis and Shirley were a pleasure to work with through my entire car buying experience. The service I received from Travis was top-notch. Last week, I drove 1 hour from Hamilton to view the car that I was interested in at Welland Toyota and I purchased that car. The negotiation process was enjoyable and completed in a timely manner. Most importantly, in the end, the price was also fair. I am happy with my purchase. Douglas was a nice, patient and unselfish person, and he answered all my questions via phone and email and never made me feel like an inconvenience.

From start to finish, Welland Toyota is top notch! Travis was great with helping us in making our decision and leaving with what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and did not pressure as at all! Paul was upfront and honest which is always appreciated when making a large purchase.
