Merissa was very helpful. My ebike (not originally from emmo) required repair and they not only fixed it quickly (next day) but also gave me the old part that was replaced and all with a smile and reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to friends!!

Fantastic bike, I got the Ewild. And I loved it. Until it was stolen from me. Not less then a month after I got it. The worst part was I had it locked up and secure in the bike room. Someone stole my keys and made off with it. But the police know who it is. I would buy another one if I had the money.

Fantastic staff and very helpful. I orderd my Hornet X thru the phone on Wednesday and they called today saying it was ready to be delivered and had it from the Mississauga location to my home in Oakville in a couple of hours. And you cant beat that there made in Canada.

I own an Emmo bike for over a year now.It was possibly one of the best investments I made in a long time. I did extensive research and think that in the Canada, Emmo possibly offers the best products line. The bike had a minor issue that was resolved the next day and made it well through the winter.
