Unfortunately buying a car is not generally a good experience due to bunch of different reasons. Langley Chrysler totally changed that for me. Layne was my sales rep and hands down, he is a rock star. He knows his car, the technology, and he is there for you 24|7 to help with your decision. He is not pushy and very observant to sense when to get in and when to stay out. JP is probably the best sales manager I worked with. Very transparent about what can be done and where the limit is. Very patient, very accommodating and very helpful. I also interacted with Anthony, the GM. He is definitely coming from the floor, he is very attentive to his customers and made sure that I had a good experience with my purchase. I would definitely recommend the Langley Chrysler team for anyone looking for a used or new car and a stress free experience.

I have an electric vehicle that decided it would not start or charge and basically was a brick when I woke up in the morning to go to work. After a tow, this lead to a great experience with Langley Chrysler today. Amanda in service was very helpful and upfront about what to expect and the process they would use to identify the issues. They diagnosed the issue and applied a software update based on a recall and resolved the issue promptly. They also performed a multi-point inspection at no extra cost. All in less than 24 hours. It is great to see a business focus on serving their customers and building long term relationships with them instead of just trying to make a quick buck. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer.

We hadn’t bought a new vehicle in a very long time, and sure felt uneasy about all the options out there. Layne helped us find just the right vehicle for all our family’s needs. What a great experience at Langley Chrysler. Lucy and Matt both took such good care of us, almost as if we were family. They both made the process of buying my new Jeep flawless. It was the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership, with no headaches, and on a Saturday at that. The confetti cannon they let you shoot off when you’ve signed makes the fact you just bought a new vehicle even more exciting! They provided us with the highest customer service, and buying/product knowledge. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back!

The negotiations and sale were actually a lot of fun! Conversations were via phone and always fair, fun and professional. The celebrations at the dealership were fabulous! I very much appreciated how special the whole experience was. After sales paperwork wasn’t quite as fun. No major problems but too much of a hard sell for additions such as extended warranty.. it took a little shine off the whole experience, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I would definitely recommend purchasing here and I really love my new truck!
