Received amazing customer service today! We arrived with no appointment and were greeted promptly by the sales person Paolo Pollio who's passion for BMW and customer service was apparent from the moment we met him. He asked us about our needs and helped us find the right fit for us. Showed us two different vehicles and helped us understand the differences between both and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and understood all of the amazing features BMW has to offer. I want to give a shout out to Gordon, the service manager for going above and beyond today . My M40i had some issues that has it staying put at the dealership for a few days, and he drove me around the city on his own time to find a rental place, and even covered the rental cost. Things like this do not go unnoticed. Terry also was very nice to me as well!

Loving my new Mini! This was my first experience with Mini Moncton. The overall sales experience with both Paolo and Rabab at was excellent.
