I have used Escape Bicycle Tours and Rentals a couple of times and they are awesome! We rented e-bikes, and liked them and the service so much that we had to go again the following weekend. Maria is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is very prompt and will do everything she can to ensure you have a good experience. The bikes are impeccable. The ones we used were brand new, and it seems like all their inventory is very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned|sanitized. We were provided all the necessary equipment, including helmets, locks, and maps. Overall it was so much fun. I will be back regularly!!!

The staff at Escape Tours are friendly and helpful, the bikes are superior quality making the ride comfortable. The guided Bike and Bites Tour which winds through some really cool downtown paths was so much fun, the food & gelato was amazing, and we met some really interesting Ottawa business owners. I was looking for a specific bike during the pandemic and was informed that escape bike tours carried that bike. I was looking to purchase so I reached out to see if/when bikes would become available to purchase. I received a quick response to all my questions. Ad they were not selling their bikes at the moment Maria kept my details. The following month I received an email with the bikes that went up for sale and I was able to organize a time to stop by and try them out. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and reassured me on my choice of bike. They were even able to customize the bike for me as the seat was too high, they offered to cut it. I added a few accessories and got what I consider a great deal! I had a small issue with the bike after riding it a few times and reached out to Maria and she was very pro active in insisting I come in and look at it. They did the minor tuning required and send me on my way. I wanted to highlight their great customer service, quick response time, knowledgeable staff and great products. Highly recommended!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience - I highly recommend it! Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide shared many memorable historical facts and fun anecdotes about Ottawa. We rode 14 kilometers, crossing three bridges, rode over a waterfall and enjoyed many great views of the city. The bikes were top notch, and we enjoyed exceptional customer service.

Excellent experience at Escape Bicycle! Everyone was very helpful and made me very comfortable and at ease with the renting experience.The bike was of good quality and seemed brand new. Would definitely recommend, thanks Maria and Dave.
