I absolutely love my 2021 Ram. A big selling point for me is service, and these guys are awesome. Isaac Duchesne helped me from start to finish and he was super nice. I definitely recommend them!! This is the third vehicle our family has purchased from Thompson Chrysler Kingston All purchases were stress free, smooth and no problems at all. Twice we have dealt with Tony from the financial department. Very helpful, informative and professional. Latest vehicle purchased from Chris White. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to help us choose the right car. Took his time with us, never rushed. The service team at Jim Thompson Chrysler is amazing! I had a check engine light come in and they were able to get me in the next day to have it looked at. I dealt with Nicole and she was wonderful! She explained everything to me in detail and kept me updated during the repair. Spending money on unexpected car repairs is never fun, but when you deal with great people it makes a huge difference. I will continue to bring my Dodge Dart here!

We visited this dealership after learning that our current vehicle was end of life. We wanted to upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler. We came in with clear expectations and a budget and Chris showed us a variety of vehicles available and Ryan got us a good deal on one we really wanted. Overall the experience was great. Lots of selections between new and used and the team at the dealership were all very friendly.
