I have my truck towed in to get a flat tire fixed, showed up just at close. Had to.leave my truck over night. Not before I.made sure to lock everything up to help prevent, my personal company truck with all my tools in it, and no way to get the tools home. From being broken into. Well sure enough I go in to get my truck the following mid morning say 1230-1 PM where I go into pay the bill and upon walking up to my truck. I notice immediately, that it's been broken into and robbed clean of every tool,equipment even all my business expense receipts. Everything. Reason I give these guys 5 stars after all that, is because they owner actually showed he cared by not only jumping directly onto his computer into the security footage. For the property cameras. Found times that my truck.was broken into. Called me into his office to watch the caught on camera criminal. Robbing my truck. Not.only that but he even called other stores in the general area with security cameras, requesting them to have a look at there footage in Hope's of catching a spot on picture of the license plate and or face of the criminal. Now I respect the effort. Now I'm still out all my.tools and have absolutely no way to replace these tools in order to keep my business running. As I'm a new business owner. Struggling through the covid 19 pandemic. Now this... considering the truck was on d&d auto's lot when this occurred I would like to think that there is more that could be done on there behalf as no contract of any kind was signed stating if my truck was robbed d&d is not accountable for such situations. They showed a little heart by getting me the footage

D&D auto staffs did an excellent job for us (Feb 23, 2021), they are highly professional, helpful, and dedicated people. Wish I could find one garage store like D&D auto in Ottawa. I deeply appreciated their nice job done and wish Best for them. Happy 2021!

Best garage i've dealt with. The time & care they took to make sure my needs were met was incredible. The entire staff, from the administrative assistant's to the service manager were fantastic. Not only did they fully inspect my old vehicle that's been sitting, to then provide advice on how to avoid a $4000+ bill, but Charlie was extremely charismatic & helpful with the purchase of one of his used vehicles off the lot. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, customer first mechanic!! 5 stars.

I have to say that these guys are the best. Was looking to get my motorcycle certified on short notice and D and D delivered. I called on Monday to book for Tuesday and there were no openings available. However, after explaining my situation, they allowed me to drop off bike and they would try and fit me in. I didn't expect a miracle to happen and have my safety done with the repairs needed AND get to the MTO before 5, but D and D pulled it off. Thank you Charlie and the rest of the D and D team!
