I found a SUV I really liked at Auto Market I was not confident I would be approved for financing but I thought why not try to inquire about it. I was upfront & honest with the Karolina the finance manager & she approached every avenue to get me approved. I've had my SUV for almost a week & I absolutely love it I would recommend Karolina to anyone that is looking for a vehicle if there's anybody that can get you a approved its her it was the best experience I've ever had. Last month I had some car trouble and got a flat right across the street from AutoMarket. All of their staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through the parts and service I would require to get back on the road. They had me fixed up and ready to go in only a couple hours. Can't say enough good things about the service!

From start to finish this was an exceptional experience. We had a vehicle in mind, called for an appointment for that day and when we arrived the vehicle was out front waiting for us. Tom Crease met us at the front, had a quick discussion about the vehicle and we were off for a test drive in a clean well maintained vehicle. Upon our return Tom had a great recap of the vehicle ready and we were informed of all the options for warranty and service. Vehicle was purchased and the date we we were given to pick up was fulfilled. Best experience we have had at a dealership in a long time. Thanks Tom and the rest of the crew at Auto Market!

My experience with Guelph Auto Market was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had buying anything. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I am terrible with names but I believe it was Stephanie at the front desk who greeted my son and I like old friends whenever I went by. Carolina was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They even sent a lovely gentleman to pick me up from Kitchener on final purchase day. My car was running and warm and ready to go when we arrived. The vehicle looks and drives like new and I couldn’t be happier with the price. Over all amazing service. I would highly recommend visiting Guelph Auto Market for your next vehicle purchase ! 👍🏾👍🏾
