I bought a 2019 Stelvio for Alfa Romeo de Quebec and it was an unbelievable experience with Tristan. I am from Ontario so did not know too much about buying a car out of province. Tristan was extremely knowledgeable and was relentless in his efforts to get me all the information needed. Once I flew in to get the car everything was prepared and organized so I could get on my way in good time. Everything about this experience was 5*...from gathering information to pricing and finally with delivery, Tristan did a fantastic job. I will definitely be buying my next Alfa from him, its worth the drive to Quebec!!!!

En trois mots : expérience d’achat mémorable! J’ai recherché ma voiture pendant deux ans, après plusieurs essais, vendeurs rencontrés et concessions visitées, mon choix s’est arrêté sur une 4c de JD Alfa Roméo. J’habite la région de Montréal, donc pour me faire déplacer jusqu’à Québec pour essayer une voiture, il faut qu’il y ait quelque chose d’unique qui m’attire vers cet endroit. Chez JD, c’est le service de Tristan Bani, qui a fait toute la différence. Un service courtois, respectueux, attentif et sans pression. Tout a commencé par un courriel que j’ai envoyé sur l’app de Auto Hebdo. S’en est suivi une conversation où Tristan a su répondre, avec beaucoup d’attention, à toutes mes questions. La vente s’est déroulée sans pression et sans partie de bras de fer. Alors que j’avais signé l’offre d’achat et donné mon dépôt, Tristan demeurait disponible et répondait à mes questions et inquiétudes alors qu’on était samedi matin! J’ai jamais vu ça! La livraison du véhicule a aussi été faite par Tristan, ce qui donne une belle continuité et fluidité à la transaction. Je ne sais pas si c’est toujours comme ça à cet endroit, mais pour moi c’était la première fois que je vivais cette expérience. Habituellement, on rencontre 3 intervenants qui s’occupe de la vente, financement et livraison; dans mon cas c’est Tristan qui a géré toutes les étapes et j’ai grandement apprécié! Mon véhicule était très bien préparé, on m’a donné tous les accessoires qui venaient originalement avec le véhicule et Tristan m’a tout expliqué en détail le fonctionnement du véhicule. J’ai donné mon véhicule en échange car ils m’ont offert un excellent prix. Dans les deux années passées à chercher le véhicule de mes rêves, j’ai pu recevoir des offres de toutes les couleurs! Encore une fois, leur offre était respectueuse et juste. Je souhaite à l’acheteur de mon véhicule de vivre une aussi bonne expérience que moi et je serais très surpris que ce ne soit pas le cas! Je n’ai pas expérimenté le service donné à l’atelier, à l’exception de la préparation du véhicule pour la livraison; donc je ne peux commenter cet aspect de l’entreprise. Je vais mettre à jour cette critique lorsque j’y retournerai pour faire entretenir mon véhicule. Je recommande grandement cette concession, je ne saurais exprimer à quel point j’ai apprécié le service de Tristan. Si je pouvais donner six étoiles sur cinq, je le ferais!
