This is amazing shop! I have a 2015 Ford Taurus. It is Limited Edition AWD. It would not start Sunday morning after a 1000 km. Drive. I had my car towed by amazing CAA to back lot; the. Came the ice storm. The rear parking lot was a skating rink. Bruce and his team salted and sanded so my car could be put into the garage. Now my car was covered in Road dirt and salt, and Bruce’s crew cleaned it up. (Never asked him to) this is just part of the excellent work that they do. In my case a sensor that was under my back seat had blown. They found it and replaced it with a new part. Brice called me and arranged for Bruce to pick me up. My wife’s sport car does not like cold or ice. Bruce came and picked me up. These guys are amazing: a real 10+ My bill was in low $200’s . My other car the bill would have been much higher. I had a lemon. I had new wiper blades I got at Canadian Tire and Bruce put them on for me at no charge. I highly recommend this shop for honesty, courtesy, workmanship and value. I am a Health Care Professional and need a working car. The Rad Shop has never let me down!

Best garage in town. Fair honest and efficient. Highly recommend this garage. I have delt with them for over 20 years. Terrific Mechanics. The owner Mr Bruce Goddard has an outstanding reputation in Orillia. You will not be disappointed
