Thank you to the all the staff from sales Charles to technician Michel and the beautiful lady (I'm sorry for forgetting your name)from parts that acted as our translator to the receptionist offering refreshments and to Caroline walking us through the paperwork. So far our experience has been great.

Dealing with Maxime our sales advisor was nothing short of amazing. He went well above the norm and we could not be happier with our Airstream purchase. I e dealt with alot of sales people over the years and it's the first time I felt like he was looking out for our best interest . Maxime when we upgrade our Airstream in the future we will be picking up the phone and dealing with your dealer. We drove 1200km to deal with you direct. Thank you. My wife and I met Maxime at the Ottawa RV show two years ago. We had only just begun to consider an Airstream as a means to explore Canada and the US. Over the ensuing two years we considered many different options and asked Maxime many questions during a few visits to their showroom in Terrebonne just outside of Montreal. He was very informative, and very patient. In the end we settled on a 22’ Caravel and we couldn’t be more pleased with the trailer and the entire sales experience with Maxime and his colleagues.
