I do not usually provide a google review all the time, but I had a very excellent experience with this dealership. I was dealing with Ron and Iwona for purchasing an SUV but I give props to Ron especially. Ron went above and beyond and kept his words! He provided great service that is beyond my expectations. I asked Ron if the car can be delivered to my place which I was not expecting that he would actually say yes it is possible. Although there were delays for the delivery the wait is totally worth it! Compared to what I saw in the dealership when it was delivered to me it looks brand new! Everything is clean inside and out. The minor rust that I saw has been fixed and even changed it to new tires. I really wish I could give Ron an exceptional review as he gave so much effort to our transactions with him. Overall this dealership is probably the best in Ontario so far based on my experience. Thank you again!

I bought my new to me car, Onyx from them recently. Onyx is a 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT Preferred. I had previously had contact with the dealership previous to the Premier of Ontario demanding non essential businesses to close, and test drove this among two other vehicles I was interested in. However I had a lot to think about at that moment, so didn't move forward at that time. I decided I wanted to take the shot for it in the end, but wasn't sure how could be done as I had a trade-in as well to help offset the costs. Well between Brayden (my initial contact), Shari (Finance Manager that helped pave the whole way), Marko (the main sales guy that got things done), and Miguel (who helped with some behind the scenes stuff, as well as delivered the car to me and also grabbed my trade-in), this couldn't have been more right of a dealership to begin a business relationship. It took a little more time to get the deal done than I had expected, but in the middle of a pandemic, everyone has to adapt, and that takes time and patience. Everyone was so helpful, kind, took the time to listen to my needs. Shari helped lower my interest rate from my prior financing of the trade-in, so as much as I was spending more per payment, I didn't have as much to pay for in the long run on maintenance or such. I was looking for a car to last me, as the car that I had was a little aged and getting high in kms. I wholeheartedly would recommend Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars to anyone I know, very reputable dealer, knowledgeable staff, and true Canadians just willing to help you out. Thank you Brayden, Marko, Miguel, and especially the femme fatale Shari. I'm in love with my car already, it doesn't come that easy with me.

This is my second purchase at Mark Wilson's and it will not be my last. I was well cared for by Mike and Marco in sales and Sarah in finance. I had over 5 vehicles in my price range that I was interested in, meaning the selection is exceptional. Pricing on my trade in and the new purchase I felt was very fair. The only issue was getting someone to return my call in the beginning. I left several messages before hearing back from anyone, which could just be a COVID thing...GREAT EXPERIENCE OVER ALL

The experience of buying completely online was great! Geo, the salesperson who helped me was responsive, clear and very helpful through the entire process. I found all the details I needed on the website, including lots of photos to make my choice. They took care of all the needed documentation, licensing and of course free delivery! It's true I wasn't able to test drive it, but if you already know what kind of car you want from online reviews or other means, then this way of buying a car saves time and is no hassle!

Yup, real customer, really happy. Worked with Chris, Peter, and Shari. All of these people are super friendly helpful and competent. I felt that Chris was genuine as he helped me decide on my new vehicle, and Peter was classy to deal with in the follow up. Shari rounded off the good experience with honesty, and flexibility. Chris even dropped my car off to my house. Awesome experience guys. Definitely on my recommend list.
