Was able to easily schedule an appointment at a time convenient for me. Staff are friendly and courteous. Kept me informed as to the progress of the servicing and explained in detail the work preformed. In and out in approximately one hour.

Nisku Ford is a dealership you can trust for all your needs. I have searched for years to find a dealership I can trust with my vehicles. I have very high standards and expectations of those that work on my vehicles. Donna (Service Advisor) and Leon (Diesel Tech) in their service department always impress me. Both the sales and service teams are exceptional. I have been a customer of Bob's for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience taking my vehicle to his dealership. I recently bought a new truck and will continue to have it serviced at Nisku Ford!

Best Ford dealership in Edmonton area. Purchased 2 vehicles at Nisku Ford, planning to purchase #3. Professional and personable sales staff, service advisers & techs. Nisku Ford isn't the largest Ford dealership in the Edmonton area, which makes Nisku better in my opinion. Check them out.

I recently dropped off my truck to be serviced at Nisku Ford. I was informed that I would be notified that afternoon when my truck would be ready and that the shuttle would pick me up. I was in meetings the majority of the day, and I received a great surprise when our company receptionist brought me my keys and informed me that he dealership parked my truck outside. All I have to say is WOW! An absolute first for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH NISKU FORD, for going above my expectations.

I walked in with no appointment, there were 4 recalls on my truck as well as my tailgate not working. The service lady said they could book me in next week, I was thinking the following week as I was busy the week she had indicated. She then asked me told hold on for a minute, went and talked to her mechanic, came back and said they could do it right now. One of the best, if not the best experience I have had in a service department. I will be back for sure.
