Recently took delivery of a new 2020 Ford Edge. This vehicle is highly rated by Consumer Report and lived up to expectations. I've in the last year or more started coming here for my regular schedule maintenance. They are fantastic, you can book your appointment online and they promptly contact you with the details. They're always finished the work in a timely fashion and they're pricing is more than reasonable. After my very first experience I swore I wouldn't go back to the dealership I purchased my vehicle. Staff is amazing and always courteous.

My experience was really great until the deal was signed. I feel the price was fair since I had done plenty of research and comparison pricing. The vehicle was ready for picked faster than we had planned which was really nice. The Financial Service Manager was really good. Everything was done fast and with perfection. Things went down hill once the paper work was complete. I was ready to put my plates on and go over the vehicle. The salesman went to get plate covers and was distracted by people he obviously knew by the door. I waited while he socialized then hugged them goodbye. He returned to his work area then told me he had to put plates on another vehicle. I stood waiting watching out the window as he put plates on a truck then continued to show the vehicle to a female. Finally fed up I went out and asked for my vehicle. He took me to the back of the building where my vehicle was parked. He put the plates on...showed me the volume buttons on the steering wheel...how to work the windshield wipers and I left. Returning for servicing doesn’t interest me...

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making the transition to becoming a Ford owner. All employees met at the Steeltown Ford dealership were very welcoming. Very satisfied customer.
