Excellent. We went to see a car that we saw and we met and he was very welcoming and professional, patient and understanding. He showed the car we went to see, but we decided to take a different one. He gave us best option and deal. Since we were coming from outside of Kitchener so we had to come back an other day to finish the process and we were late because of the condition of the road back in the December just before Christmas. Peter and the manager waited for us patiently. We are very pleased with our purchase and it's amazing. We will recommend your place to anyone. Thank you for service.

Spoke to Shawn from service today and he was very polite and very professional. He answered my simple question about an in service date for a vehicle. Called Mercedes London and was told “we’re too busy call back later” (In a very rude manner) Says a lot about how they deal with their customers at Waterloo/Kitchener Mercedes. I appreciate the professionalism.
