We recently purchased our first Trailer from Renaud RV Sales. We had looked at a few other dealers but we weren’t happy with their level of customer service. Renaud RV’s customer service is over-the-top phenomenal. I called and asked for a salesperson and had the good fortune of being paired up with Dave. I gave him a (long) list of exactly what our must haves are and he immediately found the perfect Trailer for us – we didn’t even need to look at a second unit – it was(is) PERFECT. We wanted it on short notice (really short notice!!) and the entire dealership got together to make that happen – special thanks to Tammy who insisted on coming in on her day off to sign us up. When we picked up the Trailer, we bought a number of items in the very reasonably priced store (wheel chocks, water regulator, etc.) and we didn’t notice until we had left but they applied a 15% loyalty discount to each item – without even telling us! The girls in the store were so helpful and kind. Everyone we met told us that we could always call them if we had any questions in the future. We felt like we owned the place!! We said thank you a thousand times when we picked up our trailer but we both felt like we still didn’t say it enough. We LOVE our new Trailer and we are so grateful for the awesome customer we received at Renaud RV. We will absolutely be lifelong customers. THANK YOU!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who made me feel welcome like I was a regular shopper there. He accommodated all my questions and passed me off to a lovely woman who walked around the store with me answering my questions and helping me find products. Overall I found everything and more here for my recent (private) trailer purchase and will not hesitate to go back for any of my future needs. The showroom was also clean and laid out well. Great first experience!
