Went to the lot Saturday May 23rd with no intention on purchasing a vehicle that day, browsing the lot and what not as we needed a second vehicle. I had contacted Hugh earlier in the week about a Ram 1500 he had on lot, it had sold. He immediately called me and told me it was sold but he had purchased another. I was not set on what I was purchasing, Hugh never used any sales tactics to get a sale, he was understanding about my situation after a prior dealership stole my car. We took a few cars out for test drives and I must say Hugh runs his business extremely well, he understands how to protect his customers and meet their needs. Hugh the entire time was extremely professional, friendly, responsive to emails and calls. And my lord the quality of vehicles he sells is pretty much brand new! I’m excited to be picking up my New SUV all made because of him! Thank you for such a amazing buying experience! Now we are looking at adding second Q7 to our driveway!
