I recently booked a U-Haul at this location, for an in-town move and rental. I rented the truck initially as a one-way, however was advised at pick-up, if the truck was returned to the same location, I would only be charged the ''in-town'' rate plus kms and refunded the difference. Because my move was very close by, I chose in the end to return the truck to the same location, which would cost $60.00 instead of $166.00 for a ''one-way'' move. I checked my credit card statement the next morning, and was still charged the full $166.00. I called the location at Breezehill and explained my story, and was refunded the difference in a matter of minutes! Great customer service and I am a truly one satisfied customer ! I will return to this location for any further truck rental needs! THANKS!
