We did not use baggage transport services but highly recommend the Equinox team. We were annoyed with a problem on our bike, and Hugues helped us tremendously without looking at his personal time when we were not even a customer. A big thank you to this enthusiast. We did the Véloroute des bleuets (halfway from Alma to St Félicien) with Equinox. They did a great job coordinating everything. The bike and gear they provided was awesome as well!

Thank you for organizing our 5 day trip around Lac-Saint-Jean. All of these hotels were very nice, peaceful and had good views. Our trip went of without a hitch. The people here are very friendly and we made out well despite my limited French. It was a great holiday.
