This post is long overdue. I cannot say how impressed I am with this dealership. We needed a vehicle early on in the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark was so accommodating and professional with how he managed the whole process. He gave us a great deal on our trade-in and did a great job of explaining our options and we ended up going with the extended warranty. Shortly after we got our vehicle, we discovered a couple of issues- that were not obvious at first. We brought them to Mark and we had a great series of discussions and he was very reasonable, fair and respectful. He stood by his sale to us and fixed the things we agreed should not have been wrong at the time of the sale. These were not issues anyone would have been able to detect easily, so please believe me when I say, it was not a lack of effort or due diligence on their part, but it was awesome to see him stand by the sale when it was unveiled. Anyway, Mark could have easily brushed us off or pushed us to file a warranty claim, but he didn't. I have a ton of respect for this guy and how he runs his business! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mark and Dynamic Motors in the future. Thanks Mark! We love our Yukon! :) Derek

After needing to get myself into a new vehicle on short notice, Mark did everything I could have asked for and more to make the process simple and straight forward. Mark provided as much information as possible on the VW GTI I was interested in, and I was able to get into exactly the vehicle I wanted with no pressure and absolutely no issues at all.
