We were greeted by Maxime at the front desk on Feb 13th. He was welcoming, cheerful and explained us the key terms and conditions in detail. The following day, I parked the car in a wrong location and returned it. To this problem , he swiftly responded, accompanied me in driving it back to the right location, called up the airport staff to help us with the payment due to the incorrect location.
