Had an amazing experience with this location, especially with Brittany. She did a full oil change, recommended several maintenance workups and advised of things that were not necessary, provided a full radiator flush, and even found me discounts because I was part of their email club. Brittany was knowledgeable, personable, kind, and took her time to explain several diagnostic findings that may require attention, what to watch out for, and how to remedy in a pinch. Honestly, great customer service all around, and it looks like the team really enjoy working together as noted from fist bumps and full collaboration between team members. My mom being in the car while the oil change took place even said, this was an enjoyable experience. Thanks Brittany! (I hope I spelled your name correctly!) You're an inspiration for women in auto mechanics!

Wow, I don't even know where to start. Firstly, Britney is an amazing human being who is extremely knowledgeable and reliable when it comes to vehicles. I've known her forever now, and I only go see her when I have an issue. I have zero concerns when I leave my vehicle in her care. All of these guys display professionalism and show great care in their work. I will be recommending everyone I know to come here to get stuff done. Cause this is THE PLACE. And ask for Britney, if you want the best, make sure you ask for the best. I see a lot of complaints in regards to upselling. Please know that it's their job to do so and hit quarterly budgets and whatever else.

Service was professional and quick. Brought my Mazda 3 in for an oil change, cabin air filter change, and general fluid check. There was a small issue with my cabin air filter missing a screw prior to bringing it in, however they were able to get it all sorted in no time. Prices were a bit more than I am used to, however the service made up for it without a doubt! I was helped by Jason. Will be going here again!

Amazing service! The staff seem very knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs. My service tech Brittany seemed to take pride in her work and it definitely shows. It’s amazing to see a woman thriving in a male dominant workplace. Everything was done professionally and quickly and I feel a lot safer putting my car out on the road after being serviced by this team. Will always take my car here for my maintenance

Alex and the whole crew that worked on my truck were amazing! Fast and thorough! I was advised of manufacturer recommended service but not pressured to have any services done. Mr. Lube is my usual ''go to'' for oil changes.
