Excellent customer service! Hard to find an honest shop around Calgary these days. I would recommend Lad’s to anyone. Will not be taking my Vehicle anywhere else.

Every time I have any type of service done at Lad's Autopro the staff are super friendly and the work is done correctly and on time. If there is any concerns by their mechanics it is brought to my attention promptly and I make the decision to proceed or not, instead of finding out when it's time to pay the bill and there is these extra charges for extra work that has been done on my vehicle. Lad's is a very reputable shop and honest as the day is long.

Routine service at 50k. Dealership quoted over 1K for service items that, while the maintenance schedule says should be checked, did not necessarily to be done (fluid flushed when fluids were still looking brand new and levels all good). LAD’s did all the checks and sent me an email with a link of the inspection with actual photos of what did need doing (air and cabin filter). It was a photo of my air filter not even a stock photo. It was like being there and being given a tour of my vehicle. They also took the time to explain over the phone why they didn’t need to do the expensive flushes that the dealership quoted and ask if I wanted to change the filters before they did. Saved me $800 on routine maintenance. I will not be going anywhere else with any of my vehicle. It is pretty far from where I live but they shuttled me to where I needed to go so no issues at all. I'm enormously impressed by the service of LAD’S. They shuttled me to & from their place of business, honored a warrantry & even washed & waxed my van inside & out!! I'm so well looked after - I don't want to go anywhere else. ❤

I was a first time customer with Lad Auto, and let me tell you what an amazing experience I had, they were able to get me in right away with a brake issue I was having, Samantha was great to deal with and her customer service was exceptional, the mechanic was very informative when I picked up my vehicle he explained everything he did to correct my issue I was having, not only did they give me a fair price but they went above an beyond and cleaned my vehicle for me! - I have never been to a mechanical shop where they take Pre and Post photos before, their level of professionalism is something I have never experienced before. I wanted to call them the next day an speak to the manager and tell them how amazing their staff and my experience was, but they are closed on the weekends, I still plan on calling and telling them. I am highly impressed with everything from start to finish, I most certainly will be returning, I usually take my vehicle to the Honda Dealer as its a newer vehicle but I won't hesitate to chose a shop now that I have been to Lads Auto Repair Shop!
