I am well aware that the masses do not read long reviews, so for the sake of leaving the most helpful and insightful review for prospective clients, I will say unequivocally that my experience from start to ongoing has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I have yet to service the vehicle, so that review is forthcoming; however, the sales experience at Vaughan Chrysler was exemplary to say the least. The Sales Representative Albano M was both extremely kind and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. Post-sale, Albano still calls or texts me to ask me if I am familiar with the plethora of features in my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited and to ensure that I am satisfied. The Sales Manager Anthony P was both customer and company-centric which is an extremely positive attribute for someone in a management position. Anthony was clear, transparent and extremely thorough, also beyond my expectations. Anthony spent an inordinate amount of time working through the finances and the trade of my existing vehicle, again to ensure that I was satisfied.
