We had been greeted with such warmth by the entire staff; however, Mike had done an exceptional job at ensuring the process of purchasing our Lexus RX 350 was not only smooth, but very personable and comfortable. We didn't feel like we were being sold the car, it felt more like he was providing us with the most care possible to make sure we got the car we genuinely wanted. Trading in our vehicle was an easy process, and we had such an amazing experience. My husband and I were looking for a affordable vehicle, we had stumbled upon across a vehicle on Toronto Auto Brokers. We had called Ben about seeing the vehicle, and he greeted us on the phone and was very friendly. We went into Toronto Auto Brokers and Ben and the rest of his staff were very nice! When we had saw the vehicle we were amazed, and made the purchase the same day, Ben had made the process smooth and easy! The next day we had our new vehicle in the driveway and were so happy! Me and my husband definitely recommend Toronto Auto Brokers, they keep their word and you wont be disappointed!

I'm not sure 5 Stars is high enough of a Rating for this place and its staff. It should be higher. Special Thanks goes out to Ben who has been amazing through out the whole process. I have been shopping around and found the perfect car that i was looking for. Compared to all the other dealerships who seemed to prejudge me, here was treated with respect and make to feel like family by Ben. If you are looking for your next vehicle I totally recommend you come here and speak to Ben. I read all the 5 star reviews and Ben came through with flying colours and lived up to the rating.
