We were so impressed with the team at Mike Rosman RV Sales in Vernon! Mike Making was the sales rep for our new travel trailer. He is a wealth of information and promptly and thoroughly answered all our questions. Super cool guy. He kept us well informed about all the details including the manufacturing process, delivery date, etc which was very much appreciated. Selena is lovely, easy to work with and so efficient! Doug Thibault is so keen on the whole RV experience, love his energy! And the guys in the shop were amazing. Great quality work and all done promptly. Excellent orientation by the Technician. The Staff at the supply shop were super helpful as well. Just a very positive experience from beginning to end! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike Rosman RV Sales to anyone considering buying an RV.

We had a very positive experience buying our new trailer ... from pricing that included all fees, to the great product knowledge and helpful advice from Mike Making! Mike also helped us with modifications and made sure everything was what we wanted in a new trailer. The orientation with a Tech to learn how everything works was a great addition to our experience. Excellent follow up we started looking for a New trailer months ago . At this dealership, then we decided on a used trailer. We did look elsewhere too. Our sales person Mike Making was excellent on his follow up. Please note sticker price is close to sell price. Not much room for negotiation, however having said that still a fair and reasonable price. As is when you buy groceries you don't haggle on the price at the till. Yesterday we picked up our trailer. Detailer did a exceptional job on prepping and cleaning, you can tell when someone cares about her work. THEY even had a technician go over all working functions of the trailer. TORY (sorry might be troy hard to hear with stupid mask) . He spent a amazing amount of time explaining and showing all functions of trailer. Again you can tell whe someone takes pride in their job and knows their job and cares. They even confirmed that what we are driving would do the job. Even went so far as to tell us how much load we could carry in box while towing trailer (mike) ... We give this company a 10 plus rating on a job WELL DONE 👏 Thankyou
