The customer service was outstanding. Dave and his crew are professional, polite and sticky about details. I bought a Leer Cap for my Tundra. The auto lock feature was not working - electronic issue. I went to Toyota and as it turns out my truck was the root of the problem. A head unit change on warranty took care of the issue and the auto lock feature now works. Great feature for caps!! Worth every penny. The guys there were all great. Dave made sure that his tech doing the work took the time to explain to me what he had done and the troubles he was experiencing. The timeline for ME to get the truck fixed was a bit of issue as it dragged on for 2 months or so. I was slammed at work …. . They were patient, cordial and took the time to follow up with me. They made the effort and that goes a long way. If I ever have to buy anything that I figure Cap-it will sell, they will always be my first call. These guys get it!

Yes it a 5 star. Bought tires for my truck and rims fir our car here. Dave , Mark and the gang are awesome to deal with. Above and beyond, they called a couple of days after install to make sure I was happy. They were quick to get me in and quick to get me out. Highly recommend.
