My wife and I just returned from our BC - RV adventure which was an awesome experience. This company is led by a great lady Jutta Wegener and they were recommended to us by a friend. We had never rented an RV before so we didn't know what to expect. From securing the booking, to being trained on the workings of an RV to the returning it experience, this is a company we highly recommend. In these Covid pandemic times, we left very secure having our own hotel room with us at all times. We were outside our house (which we had been is since March) yet had a private, safe and secure spot to cook, relax and sleep in wherever we went from national parks to wineries and even visiting with family. This was such a cool experience, I'm sure we will do this again in Spring 2021.

We had the great pleasure of renting a 23’ RV from Ambassador RV last week. I drove in off River Rd to take a look and left with a rental reservation for the following week. Especially dealing with Covid, the process was seamless & I got to see the cleaning process in advance. I felt the family would be safe and we wouldn’t have to go from hotel to hotel changing beds & standards every night. Their fleet, for the most part, is not pet friendly but they were able to provide a fantastic unit so we could take our fur baby. It just didn’t have a pop out. Worked great for us and we got to have our “girl” with us for our 1st RV rental adventure. The whole experience was great & we got to tour around visiting friends while maintaining our social distancing and just being outdoors. We got to visit AND be in our own bed...kinda. Ambassador’s biz changed dramatically losing the majority of their international travelers Due to Covid so they are now able and excited to be getting to know the locals looking for a BC adventure like us. Would also be great for all my Event compadres looking at site offices & accommodations. If you want to see Beautiful BC...talk to the folks at Ambassador RV. Fantastic first experience with Ambassador RV Services. Jutta and her friendly staff made us comfortable from the time we stepped through the door. When we told her that this was the first time we had rented an RV, she patiently explained the procedures of renting, driving and looking for campsites. We also went through a 90 minute ''training'' to make sure that we knew how the motor home functions. The video we took came in handy when we were confused! We will definitely be renting again and recommending Ambassador to our friends and family!

Amazing service from all the staff. I highly recommend renting from them. We embraced the staycation and rented a 25ft with slide. The van was well maintained and very clean. Jutta was very accommodating on our time schedule to pick up and drop off. I am super impressed with their service level. Seriously don't look anywhere else, rent from these guys!!

This is our first time having a trip with a motor home. Ambassador gave us an amazing experience with lots of pleasant. Jutta is a really awesome person and nice and professional manager. She always reacts your question quickly and shows enthusiastic response for my request, and gives my family lots of useful advices. The most important thing is she put the client's interests on the top and try her best to save your money. For example, she gave us a Bear Spray as bonus and helped me to check my car insurance whether or not will be covering accident of rental car and impacting my policy if I claim....and Henry a client helper is also a nice guy. So don't hesitate, if you wants your first time of RV trip the Ambassador is the best choice!!!
