They had parts in stock that no one else in Canada seemed to have for my car! The prices were much lower than expected and the staff were very friendly and patient. I wish there was a V.A.P. in every city in every province

These guys are great! I’ve been going here since I moved to Vancouver over 8 years ago and they’re super helpful. Being a 20 year old at the time I was a bit worried I’d be over charged due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles but luckily the rates have been great. Everyone works fast and efficiently and they always squeeze me in when I show up. The other day I came in last minute to get some winter tires put on and they got them changed over within an hour and a bit. So I was luckily able to head up to the mountain right after. :)
