Cole L. was our salesman and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and more in our new Escape. Corey B. made the financing portion of our visit stress-free, and was able to work with us to keep us within our budget. Because of both of their hard work, we were able to leave with our new Escape within a few hours. Car in for routine servicing. Customer Service Rep Sarah looked after us upon arrival. She determined the vehicle needs and ensured we knew about their customer lounge. An unexpected nail in a tire was detected by the technician and repaired. The service was quick and we were kept informed along the way. All in all a great experience thanks to Sarah and the tech involved.

We recently had the pleasure of completing a used vehicle purchase from Cole Landrie at this dealership. He and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. We were shopping online one evening. Two staff members, including Cole, promptly responded with honest answers to questions and concerns we had both that evening and in the early morning before the dealership opened. As out of town buyers we drove over three hours to the dealership. The vehicle we purchased was a 2014. The dealership had done a very impressive job of detailing the vehicle. It looked and drove like nearly new. We made a fair offer, a little less than asking, and explained we didn't wish to drive home in the dark over the winter roads. Cole was so helpful and efficient we were in and out of the dealership in less than three hours. His only mistake was saying the dealership was dog friendly. Our dachshund was fine until one staff member came within her personal space boundary of one hundred meters and he discovered that the showroom made a great echo chamber for her barking.

I went in to this shop today to have a door handle on my 2009 focus replaced. They had to order in the part which cost 66$, no problem. I was told the procedure would take an hour, maybe slightly more. With an hour or so of labour costs my total should have been about 200$. After half an hour they told me I needed to purchase an additional part that they happened to have in shop costing 77$. I confirmed with them that the procedure should still only take slightly more than an hour. After nearly 3 hours I was told it was finished. With a total labour cost of 340$ and a grand total of 567$! Walking in today I thought I would be spending around 200$ not more than a weeks pay working a 9-5. I do not think the customer should be paying for a slow working/inexperienced mechanic. If I had known they would have taken so long I would have taken my business elsewhere and saved myself money and time. EDIT: I just received a call from Shane, he saw my review and decided to refund the amount above my quote. You know it’s one thing to acknowledge a mistake, but it really says something when you take responsibility and make changes to fix it. I’ve changed my rating to 5stars. I just gained a lot of respect for these folks today. Thanks again Shane.
