Andy Lam helped us with our Rav4 lease. He made the whole experience easy. We came to him with our previous lease with Honda and he guided us through the process and went above and beyond with his customer service. We are so impressed with Mayfield Pre owned super centre. Andy was the salesmen we were dealing with. He did not delay any qestions we had, nor did he deny any fair service. Andy directed our concerns straight to his manager Tim and one other guy ( I forget his name) . We had noticed two issues with our vehicle within the following 24 hrs of purchase . The management at Mayfield directly dealt with Southpointe Toyota in Calgary, to fix the iterrmediate shaft and the drivers right window at Mayfileds cost. Even SouthPoint Toyota was impressed by the responses given By Mayfield pre owned. I will pick up our vehicle today . I feel blessed to have purchased our vehicle from mayfield . I will defiantly continue business .

I bought my vehicle used here about 5 years ago and have been dealing with them for all my mechanical and oil changes. After my last oil change my vehicle was leaking and I took it back in and they found the problem (cracked gasket!) And replaced it promptly. They have an amazing team from the salesmen to the mechanics and front desk staff.
