Purchased my first vehicle last week (MINI Cooper S) and had the pleasure of working with David. After not having a great experience with other dealerships, David was excellent in providing me the best service in response time, bringing the vehicle to me to test drive as well as delivering the vehicle to work for me when I was unable to make it to the showroom. Not to mention, he significantly beat the prices of other locations as well. I appreciate his help and his great customer service especially during this pandemic and look forward to purchasing another vehicle with him again in the future and recommend him to everyone else. Excellent salesmanship! Dave K was terrific, not once did I feel pressured! He actually made my buying experience enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He explained to me all about the features that were on the car, previous owner and when I could pick it up or have it delivered. I opted to have it delivered which was fantastic! The car was thoroughly cleaned and delivered at the exact time I requested. I love my car. It's cute and fun, something I really wanted after years of having a more utilitarian vehicle for schlepping around the kids and their stuff. But I am finding that the car itself is really glitchy. It's the 2019 Countryman All 4. Problems with the computer since day one, connection issues, bits and pieces of the frame falling off, folding mirrors not working consistently, puddle lights cutting out. Because of the pandemic, I wasn't able to get back to MINI Vaughan West for some time. When I finally made the appointment, I was happy that I could get in fairly quickly; however, when I asked the service person who took my call if she needed to know what issues I was having so that they could book and plan time accordingly, I was sort of disappointed when she said ''oh, it's okay. I don't have anywhere in the system to write that down.'' So of course, when I got there, the fellow behind the desk said that they'd need the better part of the day with the car, and I had no way of getting home. So, even though the car is glitchy (which is not MINI Vaughan West's fault), they need to up their game a bit in managing service clients. They don't offer a shuttle service, which would certainly be helpful, but I was told IF they had a beater available (which they wouldn't know in advance) then I might be able to borrow that one after I drop off my car next time. So, I had to settle for only basic service that they could do at the time, and rebook for longer service a couple weeks later. They are also undergoing massive renovations to their showroom and service area. While inconvenient, at least they are keeping things like social distancing and PPE use consistent. Ultimately, the people at MINI Vaughan West are friendly for the most part. And generally speaking, it's the people that make a business work, not the name.

My experience buying my car at Mini Vaughan West was so great. I dealt with Chris Manias and Mike Sousa - both very helpful and kind. Talking through financial details with them was made as easy as the finances can be, and they were really prompt in getting back to me with questions over email throughout the week before picking up my car. The day that I picked my car up, Mike greeted me with a gift bag full of Mini branded accessories, and even added in new winter floormats to my car that weren't there originally. This, on top of having it completely detailed inside and out - I was so impressed. This was my first MINI purchase (and first car purchase) and my whole experience there really made me feel like they care about their customers. I would highly recommend MINI and this dealership specifically, and I plan on coming back down the road for my MINI Electric.
