I was satisfied with the service done on my car, I was not impressed about I could not stay inside till it was done, I understand with what is going on with this vires but was told that I could not stay in waiting room till my car was done I am a seventy four years old and live out of town in rural area my husband and I only have one car, was asked if I wanted to rebook but I already had canceled one appointment I would have done but my oil light was on and we need our car to go to have blood test so I needed to have this done. I understand about distance but I had my mask on and gloves and they did not and was not six feet apart said because they can not have me inside as if another customer came in well this was April 21st very cold and windy day and said it would be about a hour and said go for a walk or call someone to pick me up call who and said ha cannot be closer then six feet you can not be six feet apart in car my kids don’t even come to my house give me a break I feel if they are open for service they should accommodate customers book appointment apart so if someone like me came in stay till car is done not everyone as two cars and live in town very cold hour been dealing with you for over thirty years I understand with this going on but think about it make seance ask each one if they have a ride when booking and then you can accommodate for each one bye ford. Very cold customer

Scheduled my first oil change for my 2020 Ford Escape yesterday morning at 7:30am at Quick Lane. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Felt comfortable, safe and valued as a Ford customer through the whole experience. Another great service visit! Thank you.

It’s is all about Jake Goodman ; We had an issue with Ford pass not working. It required a couple of visits and multiple hours to finally get FordPass working. Jake handled the issue from start to finish. He was determined to resolve the issue which he did. He was great at keeping us informed!! Great service from holiday Ford ! Thank you Jake

a wonderful service dept, easy booking and great follow up. I have not had a bad experience. the only suggestion i would make from a past dealership out west on a customer service level is to go beyond and occasionally if time permits wash a clients vehicle. these small things are very much appreciated and are remembered. thanx Jack
