[Updated to reflect having now signed two back-to-back Cadillac leases - 2019 XT4, 2020 CT5] ***I highly recommend Myers for both SALES and SERVICE.*** SALES: As far as I'm concerned, Irina Zaborovska and Sean Curley might as well be ''The Dream Team.'' Not only do they make the sales experience pleasant (and fun!), but they continue to make sure you're happy with your vehicle throughout the lease(s). Despite having some grievances with Cadillacs' themselves (and being tempted by other emerging brands), the thought of having to purchase a vehicle with anyone else means I may well be sticking with Caddies for quite some time. If you want the ultimate, hassle-free, full-service (and fun!) vehicle experience, lease a car with Irina and Sean. SERVICE: (*From the perspective of a lease with full warranty coverage and complimentary service*). General Motors does not make perfect cars. Thankfully, you can rely on Myer's excellently led service team, - thanks to Dave and Jason - to make-up for their company's shortcomings. Larry (Shop Foreman) will even take the time out of his day to accompany you for a test-drive to help identify even the smallest of problems. My Cadillacs have not been without their issues (albeit generally minor issues), but Myer's Cadillac has such a great service department that I generally don't mind making the trips to get them solved. Jon Manuel is especially brilliant (if you have the opportunity, try to ensure Jon is your service consultant)! He's goes up and beyond (including responding to service inquiries quickly and *on his own time*) to make the service experience unbelievably hassle-free. In fact, the complimentary service experience Jon provides, in addition to what's offered by Myers by default, in many ways justifies paying the inflated price of a new luxury vehicle. In all, everyone at Myer's does a great job of making me (a nobody) feel really important - and that makes the whole higher-end vehicle ownership experience all the more special. Having interacted with multiple other dealerships, I can say with confidence that Myers Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC is outstandingly exceptional.

First time serving my car here, and I will be back. The customer service in the service department was phenomenal. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Also felt very trust worthy going there as sometimes you feel insecure about whats actually going on with your car. No one was pushy and I absolutely love that. Cheers 🍻
