I am very happy to announce that I have had to come and edit my review and give Enterprise a five star rating for proving that in fact they do have amazing customer service. I have been renting from this company for many years now and will definitely continue to do so!. It was absolutely refreshing to see that there are still businesses such as this one that go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you Enterprise for always taking great care of me! I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the location is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Gatineau and they always have a wide variety of vehicles to chose from although I do recommend calling and booking ahead of time because they can get busy at times. Honestly, keep up the great work guys!

rented numerous times over past 10yrs + from Hull & Gatineau locations & always received good service. Getting a car in your requested class group always seems to be a challenge, but staff will find a similar replacement. Most recent 4 day rental started on a negative note, regarding vehicle cleanliness and annoying tire(s) out of balance, which district manager resolved VERY fast. Certain things are beyond Enterprise control to which they took responsibility, and made it right. Cudos to the management team !!! Rentals are better option than replacing my vehicle for long distance trips, and finding a reputable agency at good pricing is difficult. Again, thanks to the management team & I’ll rent there in future....

Rented a car from this location . The customer service was good they asked me to stay in my car until they can let me in. I had to wait a bit because they were dealing with other customers. Got the car everything was good . Was a bit confused with not having a full tank of gaz . I made a complaint they called me the next days and made sure I m happy with the result . That is a great customer service
