I was looking for a used, reliable low km, great price car for my mom and step dad. As they are both seniors we would not settle for anything but to have all our wants met. I explored Philips Auto Sales online and thought would give them a try. Note we were shopping on a long weekend so most things were not open and we were driving over 2 hours to get there. I spoke to salesperson Mike and he said asked when we will be in town on the weekend. He immediately agreed to meet what ever time was good for us with no pressure or time constraints. He had several cars we were interested in already disinfected before we got there and had all the pricing done up on them everything included so we knew what to expect. He let my mom and step dad test drive each car as many times as they needed and never ever pressured them on what one they should buy. He was a very kind patient and respectable salesman. He let them make the choice themselves with no pressure or influence from him. His goal was for THEM to be comfortable with everything. He was very polite and well spoken and answered all their questions without giving other bogus information to try and influence the sale. He was like going to see one of your own family as you felt he was really there to help and cared about you. We could not of asked better. Would recommend anyone looking for a vechile to check out this company and ask for Mike if he is available. We already got him on the hook looking for another one for family for something. I told him no rush as long as we get the items we are requesting needed for our new machine. After meeting Mike and making one sale I got no doubt that he will get what our needs are in a vechile at a great price we can afford. This company has great quality used cars on their lot. For the first time in my 40 years of buying vehicles both new and used I can say that I was really impressed. Paul and Mike were awesome to deal with. They answered every question I had, satisfied any concerns I had and there was NEVER any pressure. The warranty that I drove away with was great.
