When we, a military family, were posted we decided to buy a car before our move. Research led us to consider several options, and we reached out to several dealerships. Van Herpt Motors responded to our inquiry immediately. We visited their online show room, their lot and then made arrangements to take the vehicle for a test drive. During Covid 19 Pandemic, Al Van Herpt made sure the test drive was safe, having the car sanitized. Our confidence in our purchase was reaffirmed at every step through the process. Even while undergoing significant renovations to expand the dealership, Van Herpt Motors made it a pleasant, safe and client focused experience. Our purchase was in anticipation of an out of Canada move, making it a complex and complicated purchase, and Van Herpt Motors was flexible and responsive to our needs. I found the service and integrity of Van Herpt Motors outstanding. They were honest, straightforward and very pleasant to deal with. Al Van Herpt gave me a lot of his time going through test drives and outlining vehical features. He never made me feel rushed in my decision making. He was pleasant and professional. He has a knowledge and affection for cars that contributed to a very positive overall experience with the Van Herpt dealership. The Volvo brand is great. This dealership makes it even better.

The servicing of our Volvo XC90 went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 1hour, which was approximately correct. While a car wash should have been part of the service, due to renovations to the whole dealership building, their car wash facilities were not yet set up. All went well and the staff are extremely pleasant.

Have had 3 Volvos from this family run business, still have the first one, still runs great for my kids at 17yrs old , Good service and a solid well built and reliable safe car allow this. Had my new V90R in today for a simple check engine light, i called yesterday afternoon and today its fixed. Cant ask more from any dealer anywhere. Fast call back for appointment, fast response in the service bay and responsible staff making sure the correct factory parts are available on the shelf. Very happy and i love my new V90R. Cant get enough opportunities to drive it!

I have owned three Volvo high performance vehicles (2 x V70R and my present V60 Polestar) and I have been having my vehicle(s) service at Van Herpt Motors for close to 20 years. Over that period I have found the staff friendly, helpful and extremely professional and the quality of their work superb. While it is true that a good garage and an experienced mechanic can handle the routine servicing i always take the more detailed and complex work (electronics and drive train) to Van Herpt knowing the problem will be correctly identified and the repair will be done right.
