Contacted the Guelph location for a warranty replacement of a headlight kit. I dealt with Ron on the phone and be was very helpful and able to get the headlights in from another location stress free! When I went in to exchange the lights, I dealt with Brad. I ended up purchasing a set of fog lights. The brand I wanted weren't being made anymore. Brad was quick to find a similar set and had them delivered to my house. Litterally arrived at my house the same day he called me to tell me they had arrived and that he would ship them. Expectional service and friendly staff! I will definitely drive the extra distance to the Guelph location the next time I need something for my truck despite being closer to a different location! Thanks guys!

I find the staff at this location professional and courteous. I have had multiple hitches installed on various cars and always satisfied. They are great on educating on what is needed and are priced very reasonable. I have recommended them many times to friends.

Another great experience with AC&T in Guelph (snow tires for my Jeep). I've been dealing with Ron and the staff for about 6 years for car/truck tires and accessories. They are always friendly, courteous and professional. I also appreciate the COVID-19 precautions that AC&T has taken. Wide, directional aisles, and appropriate social distancing and sanitation measures. Thanks!!
