Employees are very helpful and accommodating in order to get me the best vehicle for my driving needs. For example, in Winnipeg, I needed a vehicle that was low to the ground so that my 88 year old aunt with limited mobility would be able to enter and exit easily. Unfortunately, there were only high vehicles on the lot. When I explained my situation to the Avis employees, they went out of their way to find me an appropriate vehicle in a short amount of time. It was very appreciated.
