Extremely impressed with this dealership. Joe (Joanem Etienne) helped me with my vehicle, he was great and very personable. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle, and he was amazing with answering all my questions and concerns. He made it the best experience possible. Chris Shannon (Sales manager)was exceptional! He was attentive and ensured that he answered all my questions. He got me a great price for my trade in. Even got me some good winter tires!! His service was exactly what I wish for when buying a car! Sean Kelly (finance manager) was informative and didn’t push any additional products! He made sure I understood the process before continuing. Juan Ramos (sales consultant)delivered my vehicle to me and went over all the important details and cool stuff my car had to offer. All and all the entire process was seamless! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone go see the amazing team at Surgenor Hyundai!!!

Vanessa was great to deal with over the phone. Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle from the dealership she was friendly, courteous and was able to get me the information I needed on the vehicle I was looking at. From the moment you step into the dealership you're greeted by the friendliest and welcoming smiles. I've been dealing with Mike Patterson, the sales manager and he's phenomenal!
