I would actually rate this company a 0! Due to the fact that family has dealt with this company and have had no resolve to issues after purchase as the technical team seem to know nothing about their job and once it's sold the sales team don't care. Just get a run around for who to talk to! I personally will not purchase from here nor will I recommend to anyone else! I believe that when you sell a product that is TOP of the line that is what a person should get....any issues after purchase should be resolved in anyway that it can! I have worked sales myself and customer service is what brings people back, unfortunate for Schwab's this is a downfall that needs to be addressed! I want to add that your team is terrible! They blame customers for their mess ups and make the customer feel terrible about a mistake that isn't even the customers fault! Finance you need to take some classes in customer service and how to treat people!

My husband was forced to live in our newly purchased RV from Schwab’s because of all the risk involving hotels and Covid-19. Schwab’s team helped my husband with 5 star service. They came in and met with him during the peak of the pandemic, so he could still work and have a safe place to sleep. They stored our RV while he came home during his rotation. Schwab’s team is exceptional and we wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. It’s the local companies with heart that we choose to deal with, this is the very reason why. Support Schwab’s, real people who treat their customers like gold!

Great place to get an RV. Low pressure sales people that are willing to help when you are ready to buy. Everyone in the dealership was great to deal with from finance, parts, to warranty. Buying from Schwab's RV was a great experience, my wife and I love our Keystone Outback 330RL.

We were lucky enough to have Kevin as our sales guy and he was amazing!! He seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect camper and spent hours in the heat showing us tons of units! We were contacted by him right away after inquiring about a specific camper and he made a video just for us. We had many other dealerships to choose from when shopping, but we didn’t even want to look at other places because the customer service we received was unbeatable!

Great experience buying our trailer. Don Plaxton was great to deal with and the company went the extra mile to have our trailer shiny and ready for us to pick up. Their technician Trevor was the best tech that I have ever dealt with. What a great asset he is for the company! Thank you!
