Good service overall, but missed taillight out in safety check. Customer service rectified it in 5 minutes though with no service charge. Bought my Rav 4 in 2018 and very happy with it. Great promotional sales on new vehicles.

I bought a lemon of a truck. I swear I got the only tundra that needed A LOT of work 1 year after warranty. I was feeling sick about all the repairs and I bought this truck 6 months ago. These guys will work through it with you, and standby there product, even when Toyota Canada tells you to get bent. I will be replacing my Corolla with a camry in 3 years and 100 percent be being with them. It's a real peace of mind when you buy a vehicle and the dealer isnt there to squeeze every cent they can out of you (Prouse *cough*). Special shout out to Mario and Peter and Kurt and Lori. Thank you for making it right. Havent got the truck back from them yet but I know there wont be anymore surprises and trust them enough. Very happy customer.

Just bought another new truck from Northside Toyota. Excellent sales staff and great service. Ask for Lee in sales, when purchasing a vehicle. She really works to make a fair deal and is a very nice lady.

Excellent customer serive, really good experience. I bought this car from John. He is very nice, helpful, and patient. He is very wlling to answer my questions no matter he was in the office or not.
