The customer service was beyond outstanding. When I called about a vehicle for my wife, they took the time to prepare two vehicles she was interested in for test drives, as well as provided the financial information for both. Wonderful service! I went in with the mindset of buying a nice used car to replace my older sedan. I definitely recommend vehicle shopping here! Anthony and Nick went above and beyond to accommodate my requests involving my Grand Cherokee purchase during the Covid-19 craziness. They were friendly, informative and quick with responding to my calls, emails or texts. Car was spotless and sanitized, wish it would stay that clean forever. This review should have been 5 stars. Ray, Sam and Carney were a pleasure to deal with as we purchased our 2016 Nissan Rogue. Trade-in of our old car was reasonable and I felt we got a good deal. A day after we picked up the new car, we discovered that one of the trunk panels was missing. I thought maybe it was removed during cleaning and e-mailed Sam and Carney to investigate. If they found it, I would be glad to come pick it up. After waiting a couple of days, my wife called Carney who was evasive on the topic and said he would look around for the panel. We still haven't heard back from Carney, so I guess I'll have to purchase a new one, but the cost isn't the issue. It's the fact that they wouldn't reply to my e-mails or give my wife a straight answer. I feel like they are very pleasant until you drive away, then they want nothing to do with you. Too bad this experience had to end on a sour note.
