Had a very good experience here. Alex was very professional and friendly. We chatted about a bunch of car related stuff as I waited for the work to be completed on my car. The service was reasonably timely, I waited a little longer than expected but that was sort of my own fault because I showed up a bit late for my appointment. Took about 1h 40 min from walking in to walking out, which is not unreasonable in my opinion. Based on my interactions with the staff there and their interactions with other clients, it I believe these guys are honest and highly value good customer service. I would definitely recommend this Midas location.

We went in this afternoon for a wheel alignment but didn't need it after all. Alex and his team treated us with 5 Star service. Figured out our problem that was way less then expected. So fast and friendly service. This will be our go to location as we came from the West end of town. Thank you Alex for your outstanding professionalism and expertise. We left very satisfied! 😊
