Blue Mt Honda: Every time our vehicle goes in the staff are so polite and keep us updated by phone and email as to progress. The service department has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is always running like new, including protecting us against possible future issues. I'm a 'dyed in the wool' GM guy and I have 6 cars ... so I know cars. Several years ago I bought my parents a used Honda Accord and had to drive it from the dealership to Etobicoke to deliver it. On the way down I found myself liking the car, understanding the Honda experience. When Buick Park Avenue Ultra was at 400km, I thought I'd best look around without that panicky feeling before it actually died completely. I found myself buying a Honda Civic ... completely the opposite of what I was retiring ... sporty, nimble, 5 speed manual transmission ... what a fun machine ! When I moved to Wasaaga Beach I started using Blue Mountain Honda for service. I've been in for everything from a tight bolt to engine work. Each time I visit I'm greeted by name, we discuss the plan of action whether it be work or just diagnostics. They perform exactly what they are asked, they always bring other issues to the table for my review, and it's out when they say it's out. Last time in I was repairing an engine mount. When I paid that bill and left the dealership, the car died before it got to the first stop sign. It was a simple fix, a frayed ground wire.I went back to Blue Mountain service desk, whereupon the they scrambled a technician and we changed the ground right where the car stopped on the side street outside the parking lot. I was off again inside of 5 minutes. NOBODY does that ! So will I bring my Civic back again ? They hit it out of the park and the best way I know how to acknowledge that level of service is to vote with my wallet. Nice job Tyler !
