I recently took my car into Capital Dodge because the battery kept dying. Due to the the circumstances of my car repair I had to rent a vehicle from them for 3 days. To my surprise, I received a phone call saying they were going to waive the rental cost which I thought was outstanding on their part. For them to do this on their own initiative is outstanding as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend their service dept. to anyone, not only because of them being so generous, but they are also friendly and easy and group to deal with. They make taking your car in for repairs a pleasant experience.

In April 2020 took advantage of the FCA Drive Forward Program and did all my shopping on-line until delivery. I even had an exchange vehicle. The vehicle I wanted was in Capital Dodge lot so I engaged with the sales team, on-line. Within 5 days Andreanne and Andrew help us along including the loan paperwork. It was seamless and we are really happy about this safe buying experience under COVID19 new world order and love our new Jeep!

I brought my Jeep in to get an exhaust issue repaired. Dana in service diagnosed the problem and said while he could fix it by replacing both the exhaust pipe and catalytic converter, it was possible the issue could be fixed by simply repairing the exhaust pipe. He also advised Capital Dodge was not equipped to do this work and referred me to another garage that was so equipped. I ultimately got the exhaust issue fixed for a much lower cost. I am so impressed and pleased with this service. Dana definitely puts the customer's interest first. And I look forward to doing further business with Capital Dodge.
