We went in to look at electric cars for a potential purchase next year. We didn't see anything that we felt was suitable for our intended use and or financially appropriate. However we started to chat with Enzo, one of their sales people, and after discussing what we might be interested in, he was able to offer us what we felt was a very reasonable offer on a Buick. We were extremely pleased with the help offered, and very satisfied with the resulting transaction. Theresa who helped finalize the transaction was also very courteous, efficient and professional. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with Bannister Vernon! From driving in to make an appointment, until I was finished, the guys here were so awesome! This is our fifth GM vehicle purchased through Bannister. Most recently we traded in our 2019 Yukon Denali and purchased a 2021 AT4. Going from what I’ve considered the best vehicle we’ve owned back to another pick up, I was surprised at the smooth ride and comfort the AT4 provides. It’s a beautiful truck inside and out. The transition from the Denali to the AT4 was surprisingly quick once I got behind the wheel. Lots of power under the hood and tons of room inside a really nicely designed cab. We are very happy with our new truck! Thanks to Rob Mclaren and all the staff at Bannister for putting us in our new truck.

Overall experience was great. Started looking on likely and hopefully the coldest day of the year. Karen Cooper came out in the cold and went over a few things on the truck I was looking at but it did not have some things I really wanted. She told us to keep warm in our vehicle and she went and warmed up another model and brought it over for us to see. Liking this one we went to her office and from there things moved quickly. Matt, Karen and the team worked hard to get the best price they could for our trade in which we ended up satisfied and made the deal. Overall the staff we all so friendly and I was really impressed with the way they adhered to COVID rules and their sanitizing protocols were exemplary. Made us feel very comfortable and the staff certainly added to that feeling. Thanks Karen and crew.
