Vernon Dodge Jeep - Sales

I was always afraid to bring my Jeep to the dealership for service because I was worries it would cost a lot of money. I had some serious safety issues recently and decided to go for it. The people in the shop here were great! Kyle especially was very helpful and talked me through options and took my budget into consideration. Bought a new 2020 Dodge Ram here. Myron gave a great price, and was very accommodating. He called me a few times after to inquire about my family and our ongoing move into our new house, and to ask how we were enjoying the truck. He has great customer-relation, which made us feel well taken care of. When we returned for them to put our winter tires on, we arrived without an appointment, and were out within an hour. Great sales, great service!

Just fantastic staff at this shop. They will do all they can to help you get the best price they have available. That being said, it is the best price THEY have available. 3 days after I bought my vehicle I found the exact same model at another dealership for a considerable amount less. My fault for not looking around more, but the staff were just so great. do your homework and you'll find that there are much better prices at other dealerships in close proximity

Wonderful service, I was treated so well - not pressured, nor did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. I always felt heard and any concerns I had were taken care of promptly and easily. The customer service is excellent!! I needed to get my winter tires put on. Curt helped me out to get my appointment and Chris made it happen! I was also offered a drop off to get me where I needed to be. Great guys! I know the shop is working really hard these days with winter just around the corner! Thanks everyone!!
