We were in Hamilton to get winter tires put on (not at Honda) but we didn't have the key in order to get the tire's bolts(?) off as it wasn't returned to us from the Whitby Honda location last time we had our tires serviced... All that aside, the guys at Hamburg Honda were so kind to help out right away and we were back on our way within 15min or less. Thank you so much!

Amazing staff and service. I dealt with Neil from sales and he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I reached out to him some time after I purchased my car to get his opinion on snow tires and he did the research for me, broke it down and gave me his best recommendation. If you are looking for a new/used car, I highly recommend going to see Neil! Great experience all around!

If you want to be treated like a human, and not a number, Hamburg Honda is the small and mighty state of the art dealership for you. I have been going here for years. Service department is amazing and friendly. And if you are in the market, it's the best place in Niagara for a new or used car. I highly recommend asking for Neil Camden, he won't waste your time, and he will actually make you feel good about your vehicle purchase. Can't say enough good things about this place, I say experience it for yourself.

Outstanding service! I just picked up my vehicle yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Neil has gone above and beyond from the minute we got to the appointment to him installing my floor mats and trunk tray! He answered all my questions and responded to all my emails quickly. Sarah and Chris have been so helpful and ''patient'' through out this whole process. All three have made my experience at Hamburg Honda a good one!
