My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Barrhaven Mazda with Max while shopping for a new car. We were undecided about buying a new or used vehicle and never felt pressured to buy a new vehicle. He was very accommodating with various test drives and with discussing our options. My wife and I have just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 GS from Barrhaven Mazda. We found all the people we dealt with to be friendly and competent. I just purchased my new car from Barrhaven Mazda. I enjoyed the process with Devin, my salesman, who was patient with me and my indecision and hesitation during the process. He is also very knowledgeable about Mazda's vehicles beyond just looking at a website for information. I also really enjoyed dealing with both sales managers, Walid and Mark, who are friendly, patient and understanding. They also provided a great deal on a new car. Walked in and were immediately greeted by Li. He and the entire Mazda team were very knowledgeable and friendly. Understood we had a budget to meet and were willing and able to negotiate to get us what we needed.
